Learn more about CLV: Learn more about our recent acquisition of InterRent REIT: About the Role We are confirming our search for a Manager, Property Accounting to join our team at a pivotal stage of growth and operational evolution. This position is process led and execution focused. It is less about managing a large team and more about owning, strengthening, and modernizing the end-to-end property accounting process across a defined portfolio. You will oversee a small team, but your primary impact will come from building discipline, improving workflows, optimizing systems, and ensuring reporting integrity in a high-volume setting. In addition to the duties typically expected of an accounting professional, responsibilities will include: Property Accounting Ownership You will own the full cycle accounting process for an assigned portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
