About the Role

Our client, a vibrant and growing company in the FMCG sector, is looking for enthusiastic and charismatic Brand Ambassadors to represent their innovative products in various locations across Kimberley. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of the brand, engaging directly with consumers, sharing product knowledge, and creating positive brand experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building brand awareness, enjoy interacting with people, and are looking for a flexible role that makes a direct impact. You will be instrumental in driving product trial and fostering brand loyalty through direct consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with consumers at events, in-store activations, and sampling opportunities to promote FMCG products.
- Educate consumers about product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Generate excitement and positive buzz around the brand through enthusiastic and knowledgeable interaction.
- Distribute product samples and promotional materials effectively.
- Collect consumer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team to inform future strategies.




- Represent the brand professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times in Kimberley.

Requirements

- Previous experience in brand promotion, sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for engaging with the public.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Ability to work independently and enthusiastically in various event settings.
- A passion for the FMCG market and a willingness to learn about recent products.
