This part-time role invites you to work alongside school teams and Family School Liaison Counsellors to support diverse students and families. Your role as an MCW is crucial for advocating needs and implementing impactful mental health programs within schools. Together, you can create supportive environments for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement mental health programs in classrooms
• Collaborate to embed Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) into daily lessons
• Empower families and youth in building positive relationships




• Facilitate access to community services and resources
• Advocate for necessary student support alongside school partners
Requirements:
• Related degree or diploma in psychology or social work
• 2+ years’ experience in mental health/human services
• Experience working directly with children and adolescents
• robust communication and organizational abilities
• Insurance coverage necessary for transporting families
