Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for multiple Event Staffs in the Hospitality Industry in Bedford, Nova Scotia. Agilus is recruiting for Event Support Staff on behalf of our client, an event planning company hosting a corporate team-building event in Bedford.

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people and helping create a positive event experience. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a short-term assignment with a fun and engaging atmosphere.

$20.00 hourly

Wednesday, September 23, 2026 7:00AM to 1:30pm

Fun, team-oriented work environment

Responsibilities:

- Assist with event set-up and tear-down
- Welcome and direct participants as needed
- Communicate event instructions clearly and professionally




- Support event activities throughout the day
- Encourage participant engagement and create a positive atmosphere
- Provide general assistance to the event team and client on-site

Requirements:

- Friendly, outgoing, and skilled attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with groups of people
- Ability to remain on your feet and active throughout the shift
- Reliable and punctual
- Must be able to adhere to the event dress code: black slacks, black shirt, and black closed-toe shoes (black non-athletic dress shorts permitted for outdoor events in warm weather; religious garments welcome and respected).
