This role is hands‑on and leadership‑focused, requiring a strong commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and doing the job right the first time. garages, and exterior environments.Lead apprentices on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while meeting project timelines.Take full ownership of a work van ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are clean, organized, protected, and job‑ready at all times.Maintain quality control and resolve on‑site challenges while communicating clearly with the Project Manager and delivering excellent customer service to homeowners.Accurately track materials, submit daily paperwork, and time sheets using mobile devices and required software.Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and productive team culture by building strong working relationships and supporting a positive job‑site environment.Who are we looking for?Experience RequirementsYou are fluent in English.You are a Red Seal Electrician.You have a valid class 5 Drivers License.You are comfortable working at heights, on different pitched roofs, climbing ladders, and in varying weather conditions.You have experience in residential electrical work.Willingness RequirementsWilling and flexible to work varying hours and locations Monday to Friday.Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.Willing and able to lift 50 lbs or more,



multiple times per day.Willing to travel to locations all over Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.Additional certifications/experience that is not required but would be considered a plusFirst Aid.Fall Arrest (if not already obtained, training will be provided upon employment).Experience in the solar industry.Experience in roof work, building construction process, or carpentry.Knowledge of how a home is built.Key SkillsPhysical Stamina/Resilience:You enjoy doing physical work outdoors and have the fitness and upper body strength to effectively perform hands‑on tasks in various weather conditions.Initiative/Adaptability:You are self‑motivated to work efficiently and to learn about the solar industry.
