Take your expertise further as a Senior Payroll Specialist with a well-established organization. This role focuses on overseeing comprehensive Canadian payroll and benefits compliance.
You will be integrating into the People & Culture team, utilizing 5–10+ years of Canadian payroll experience. Responsibilities include managing payroll operations while ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legislation, along with exploring system enhancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: • Process diverse payroll cycles for various employment types • Manage deduction changes, bonuses, and reconciliations • Conduct renewals for benefits and retirement programs • Oversee government reporting and Records of Employment • Handle payroll and benefits inquiries for employees
Requirements: • 5–10+ years of full-cycle Canadian payroll experience • PCP designation is a must; CPM is advantageous • Strong understanding of payroll legislation • Familiar with payroll software; experience with ADP preferred • Advanced Excel capabilities including VLOOKUP and PivotTables
