This permanent, full-time position requires a background in hospitality management and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. You will oversee the execution of banquet operations and ensure exceptional service during all events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train and supervise banquet service staff
• Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety protocols
• Coordinate with the kitchen on banquet timing
• Handle customer feedback and service improvement
• Support event planning with the sales team
Requirements:
• 1-2 years post-secondary certificate in hospitality
• Supervisory experience preferred in a similar setting
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of Squirrel software is a plus
• Able to manage physical demands of the role
