About the role: Reporting to the Senior Engineering Supervisor, Processing, the Senior Engineer, Processing is responsible for identifying, evaluating,



and effectively implementing process improvement initiatives which improve production efficiency. To be successful, we are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who can interact seamlessly with internal group and site teams, with a keen interest in developing leadership, and mentoring others. You must have sound judgement and be able to form practical solutions through collaboration and engineering analysis. This person would have the ability to own this position by taking initiative and staying accountable for delivering strong outcomes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
