In the Host role at Fit4Less, you will focus on cleaning, safety, and member interaction. You will assist members with their needs and maintain an inviting club atmosphere. Your efforts contribute to a welcoming and clean space that embodies Fit4Less values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep the workout floor clean and tidy
• Welcome and assist all members and guests
• Support membership education and promotion
• Complete and report on cleanliness tasks
• Communicate effectively about service issues
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Teamwork or volunteer experience for at least one year
• Strong verbal and written skills
• First Aid, CPR, and WHMIS certifications
• Ability to work well under pressure
