This full-time position requires a dedicated individual with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repairs. You will collaborate with staff to maintain a clean, secure environment for residents through effective ground care and building maintenance. Flexibility is a must in this diverse role.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute snow and ice removal from pathways • Perform routine maintenance inside and outside the building • Assist in sweeping and trimming grounds daily • Undertake minor repairs like drywall and carpentry • Maintain and follow preventative maintenance schedules
Requirements: • 3-5+ years of maintenance and painting experience • A Class 5 Power Engineer ticket is an asset • Effective oral and written communication in English • High energy and positive team player • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
