Labatt Breweries of Canada, a historic Canadian brewer, is seeking an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright to maintain and troubleshoot production equipment in a high‑volume brewing and packaging facility.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment.Work as part of a team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, including gearboxes, pumps, beer‑packaging lines, and brewery processes such as bottle and can fillers, labelers, palletizers, depalletizers, packers, and centrifuges.Follow plant safety, housekeeping, and food‑production quality standards.Job QualificationsValid Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or Machinist license.Willing and able to work shift work (days and nights, with optional overtime and holidays).Proven mechanical and troubleshooting skills; preferably 3+ years of experience in an industrial mechanic or machinist trade, especially in a production facility.Welding and/or machining experience is an asset.Outstanding work ethic with exceptional discipline, attendance, and safety record.Takes initiative and can work independently with limited supervision.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to learn computer‑based maintenance software (e.G., for work‑order scheduling).Shift DetailsRotating shift schedule: 12‑hour shifts, 3 days a week.



Shifts rotate between Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday/Friday/Saturday. Weekly rotation between day shift and night shift. Premium time built into the schedule – Saturday shifts are paid at time‑and‑a‑half for 8 hours and double time for the remaining 4 hours. Night shift premium of $1.15 per hour.
