The role will engage with a complex product workplace across Windows and RHEL, requiring expertise in Java and low-code platforms like Power Apps. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical challenges, performance tuning, and documentation to support system functionality.Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical problems during software operation.
- Support performance tuning and security management.




- Conduct software unit tests and provide technical assistance.
- Ensure continuous availability through incident management.
