At Greystar, the Groundskeeper role is essential for maintaining the overall landscape and amenities of the community. Regular inspections for debris, handling service requests, and ensuring all common areas are welcoming is part of your daily tasks. You'll also play a key role in communicating with residents and responding to their inquiries delicately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and clean grounds to remove litter
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Complete routine maintenance tasks as required
• Change locks per property guidelines
• Distribute notices to residents as needed
Requirements:
• Hold a valid driver's license for work vehicle operation
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift weights
• Willingness to adapt to varying weather conditions
• Flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
• Previous experience in maintenance is preferred
