through personalized mobility and seating solutions. We’re looking for a Branch Manager who is a strong people leader, customer-focused, organized and business-minded—and who wants to make a meaningful difference every day. What You’ll Do

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing branch team. Drive branch sales, revenue, customer service and operational performance . Build strong relationships with clients, therapists and healthcare professionals. Oversee day-to-day branch operations, inventory, equipment and facility needs. Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development. Monitor budgets, P&L;, expenses and accounts receivable. Ensure quotes, orders, work orders, billing and service activities are completed accurately and on time. Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and branch performance. Create a positive,



collaborative team culture where employees feel supported and accountable. What You Bring

Leadership experience in a customer-focused or operations setting. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Experience managing employees, budgets and business operations. A customer-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships. Ability to balance people, priorities and business results . Experience in healthcare, mobility equipment or a related industry is an asset. Why Join NSM?
