JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts teammate to join our Contracts Team in the Stoney Creek office. The ideal candidate will amend and negotiate contracts to ensure that our contractual obligations are equitable, fall within risk tolerances, and accurately reflect the scope of responsibilities.



The Contracts teammate will have complete responsibility for the contract review and signing process, from initial review and negotiation through to contract execution. The Contracts teammate will work closely with sales and operations across Canada as well as the Contracts team and other departments in Stoney Creek. KEY JOB FUNCTIONS Uphold the vision statement and core values of Nucor Rebar Fabrication. Make written revisions and amendments to construction contracts, purchase orders and other legal documents to minimize risks. Liaise with and provide guidance and support to Canadian sales and operations teams to identify and properly adjust scope and pricing according to the intent of our bids. Negotiate with General Contractors, Consultants, Project Managers, external and internal legal counsels, and any other representatives to establish fair and acceptable contract terms until an agreement has been reached or
