About the Role Payroll is one of the most important promises we make. Every pay cycle, more than 1,000 W-2 employees across multiple states - plus the practice owners we serve - count on being paid accurately and on time. As our Payroll Manager, you will own that promise end to end. You will run payroll in Rippling,



manage Finni's payroll-tax accounts, oversee Rippling's filings and payments, lead payroll-related reconciliations and audits, and build the scalable, AI-enabled processes that let the payroll function grow as fast as the business does. This is a high-ownership role on our Finance & Operations team, with direct visibility into how a rapid-scaling healthcare company runs.
