Responsibilities: Within the ServiceNow group, the ServiceNow Technical Architect is an experienced architect and innovator of solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform and can describe the solutions with ease. An experienced advisor to the C-Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs. Provide leadership and oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients. Excels at developing prototypes and providing demonstrations of ServiceNow solutions to client. Analyze client environments, complete assessments, and create roadmaps to help clients understand the path to transform their ServiceNow environment and improve business value.
