You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, technology partners, and regulatory reporting teams to support the delivery of large-scale capital management, regulatory reporting, and enterprise data initiatives.The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise with deep data analysis skills and experience delivering complex financial services technology programs. You will translate regulatory and business requirements into technology solutions, support enterprise data initiatives, and drive successful delivery within Agile environments.In This Role, You WillTranslate capital management and regulatory business rules into detailed functional and technical requirements while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectivesPartner with business, technology, and data stakeholders to deliver complex financial services transformation initiatives, including Capital Management and Capital Regulatory Reporting programsFacilitate requirements gathering workshops and create business processes, use cases, user stories, traceability matrices, governance artifacts, and process documentationDevelop and maintain data lineage, data mapping, control documentation, data quality frameworks, and perform detailed data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and analysis across large datasetsLead testing and implementation activities, including system integration testing, UAT,

The base salary for this position ranges between $120,000 – 127,000 per year.
