BTN Schomberg is seeking a Shipping Manager to coordinate and lead all shipping and receiving operations. You will manage a 4–6 person team and 2–3 administrators, plan staffing, and optimize dispatch plans with the BTN Transport Team to ensure protected, efficient and on-time delivery. This role emphasizes process ownership, KPI development, safety leadership and collaboration with other departments to improve material flow and performance.
