We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Snow Removal Lead Technician to join our team during the winter season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for clearing snow from residential properties to ensure safe access for homeowners and their guests. Must have your own vehicle.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Remove snow from driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas using snow blowers, shovels, and other equipment.
- Apply ice melt or sand as needed to prevent slippery conditions.
- Perform maintenance at all properties between snow events working individually or with a team.
- Respond promptly to snowfall events and adhere to scheduled service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and any client interactions.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:





- Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends during snow events.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive communication skills.

Working Conditions:

- Outdoor work in cold and potentially hazardous weather conditions.
