Send emails with order and shipment details to customers, carriers, and partners. Arrange shipment pickups and drop‑offs. Create sales orders and commercial invoices. Manage and track inbound and outbound shipments. Prepare small FedEx and air shipments and manage all tracking.
Track inventory and update inventory records. Prepare and submit paperwork for duty drawback claims. Coordinate documentation for cross‑border shipments. Work with carriers and internal teams to ensure shipments are completed accurately and on time. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, order processing, or a related role. Experience with inbound/outbound shipments and shipment tracking. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a hands‑on warehouse workplace. Experience with commercial invoices and shipping documentation.
