We are looking for a
Receptionist
to join an established organization in downtown Toronto. As the first point of contact for the office, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming, polished and professional experience for clients, visitors and employees.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome clients, visitors and guests and provide a consistently polished and professional experience
Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentation-ready
Maintain the reception area and shared office spaces to a high standard
Coordinate catering, refreshments and meeting-related requests
Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
Work closely with colleagues to support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, luxury service, administration or another professional client-facing environment
A polished, warm and confident communication style
A strong service mindset and genuine enjoyment of interacting with people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional judgment and confidence interacting with clients and senior professionals
Post-secondary education is an asset
Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday in downtown Toronto
