Our specialty is hyper-personalised, digital communications that change perceptions, shape new behaviours, and shift market share for our clients.We are looking for a (Senior) Operations Manager who will work closely with both DEPT®’s internal teams and our client’s internal teams to integrate the Asana system with production workflows - designing one unified, scalable creative operating system end to end.You will build and implement a unified operating system that connects the client’s Asana-based intake and prioritization with DEPT®’s production, resourcing and scope management - creating one seamless workflow from brief to delivery.WHAT YOU’LL DOEnsure creation of high-quality, scoped briefs, with a clean kickoff process across both client and DEPT®’s teamsTemplatize timelines based on project type to streamline project timeline creationMake Asana the control tower as the single intake and visibility layerConnect Asana with DEPT®’s timelines, resourcing, and scope trackingDefine a clear source of truth at each stage, eliminating duplicate or conflicting workflowsBuild simple governance for rescoping,
