Develop, refine and execute talent attraction and acquisition strategies Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by using a collaborative, coaching-based approach Lead the entire recruitment process for your client groups Serve as an ambassador for the firm’s culture, values and the quality of the candidate experience Maintain a network of candidates using various sourcing methods Maximize the use of our LinkedIn Recruiter licences, especially for identifying passive candidates Use and help optimize our digital systems and technology platforms every day (e.G., ATS, document management and social media) Perform screening interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA Coordinate and hold interviews with managers,
