Become a Primary Nurse Therapist 2 at Shared Health, located in Winnipeg. This position is designed for experienced mental health nurses who are passionate about outpatient care.
As part of the Mental Health C&A; Consult Liaison unit, you will leverage your nursing expertise to assess and guide outpatient treatment plans effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate outpatient treatment plans
• Perform assessments using advanced nursing practices
• Document patient care and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient benefit
• Conduct ongoing education and training sessions
Requirements:
• Four years of experience in mental health nursing
• Approved nursing degree required
• Must be actively registered with CRNM or CRPNM
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Criminal and abuse registry checks required
