As a Customer Service Representative at GoodLife Fitness, your focus will be on providing exceptional service to both members and prospective members. You'll manage check-ins, answer queries about our fitness programs, and assist with equipment usage. This role demands strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients, enhancing their club experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in members efficiently
• Answer incoming calls and address member concerns
• Assist members with FitFix and gym machines
• Deliver Fit-Fix Starter sessions to recent members
• Conduct cleanliness tasks as required
Requirements:
• Certification in CPR-A & AED is necessary
• Acquire Smart Tan certification within 3 months
• Strong customer service and sales background preferred
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of fitness industry best practices
