This position is located in downtown Toronto and is required to be onsite full time five days a week . Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily bank deposits and credit card payment reconciliations. Accounts receivable reconciliations of customer and departmental cash clearing accounts Accounts payableincluding coding invoices, posting and issuing payments in a timely manner. Monitor floor-plan accounts to ensure payments are submitted within guidelines. Review vehicle purchases and Inventory schedule maintenance Administrative filing Assist in month-end and year-end closing Other accounting duties as required by management Minimum Qualifications





Post secondary education with focus on accounting 0-1 years of relevant accounting experience High level of attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a timely manner Previous automotive retail dealership work experience preferred but not required What we offer
