The Specialists will work with and support senior leaders with large scale change and implementation. Specialists will be key in leading and supporting activities across the SHA in support of achieving our strategic priorities. Specialists will develop and implement tools and support all leaders on the consistent use of change and implementation approaches, including driver diagrams, A3s, project management tools, and change cycles. They will demonstrate knowledge and experience with innovative approaches such as design thinking and complex system theory, while having a solid understanding of measurement for improvement, planning, quality improvement, project management and facilitation Human Resources Exemption : No Experience Five (5)
