• Provide operational leadership for People & Culture and Volunteer Engagement initiatives • Mentor and manage the People Operations and Talent & Volunteer Engagement managers • Ensure timely and effective delivery of HR programs • Lead compliance and risk management efforts in HR practices • Foster effective volunteer engagement aligned with service needs

Requirements: • 10+ years of progressive HR experience required • Proficiency in HR operations and employee relations • Record of successful team leadership • University degree in relevant fields necessary • Experienced in addressing HR compliance and best practices
