You will analyze, optimize, and support enterprise systems that enable core business functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and finance.This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management. You will lead system improvement initiatives, support digital transformation projects, and help ensure our enterprise applications deliver maximum value across global operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand business processes, challenges, and system needsGather, analyze,



and document functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and current solutionsDesign and recommend scalable IT solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standardsLead end-to-end system analysis for projects involving ERP, MES, supply chain, manufacturing, and enterprise applicationsAct as a liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and external implementation partnersIdentify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, automation, and data qualitySupport system integrations between enterprise platforms and third-party applicationsAnalyze system issues, troubleshoot root causes, and coordinate resolution of complex incidentsDevelop process maps, workflows, business cases, and technical documentationSupport testing activities including test planning, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and validationEnsure solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirementsMentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices in business analysis and system designParticipate in global digital transformation and continuous improvement initiativesQualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Systems, or related field7+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar roleExperience supporting enterprise systems in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, or logisticsExperience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365Experience with system integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise architecture conceptsStrong analytical, problem-solving,
