In this Host position at Fit4Less, you’ll focus on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining the club's cleanliness and safety. You will welcome members, provide information about services, and adhere to cleaning standards set by the organization. Your efforts in promoting memberships and maintaining a friendly environment will greatly contribute to the club’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Keep workout areas clean and tidy
• Interact warmly with all club members
• Assist members with amenities and processes
• Execute regular cleaning tasks and inspections
• Report maintenance needs as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or working towards
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Certified in WHMIS preferred
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED credentials
