What you’ll be doing People, Culture & Talent (PC&T) works in partnership with CIBC’s business units to enhance organizational performance, strengthen the employee experience, and advance our overall corporate strategy. As Director, Human Resources Regulatory Compliance Management, you’ll lead a specialized team responsible for monitoring regulatory changes related to employment legislation that impact Human Resources globally and ensuring key regulatory and compliance reporting obligations are met accurately and on time. You’ll oversee the Human Resources regulatory compliance monitoring program, assess regulatory developments, and support enterprise-wide compliance activities, audits, and attestations.
