The Thames Valley Family Health Team is one of the largest Family Health Teams (FHT) in Ontario. Currently, with more than 125 physicians across 21 sites within London/Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties, the Thames Valley Family Health Team is committed to providing comprehensive, collaborative primary health care. The Thames Valley Family Health Team is one of the largest family health teams in Ontario.RequirementsPost Secondary school diploma or education in medical office or business administrationAdministrative experience within a healthcare settingProficient skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically: Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook, as well as working with an EMR, and internet research skillsAccess to reliable transportation and willingness to travel to London and surrounding areasSkills/AbilitiesAn understanding of the Ministry of Health & Family Health Team philosophyAbility to work with diverse communities with respect, sensitivity, creativity, innovation, cultural understanding, and non-judgementExcellent interpersonal skills and experience working with an IHP teamWell-developed communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience using VoIP telephone systemsAbility to coordinate and communicate information and documentation for various meetings and events,
