Reporting to the Senior Director, M&A;, you'll play a vital part in assessing acquisition opportunities within the vertical-market software sector. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential as you interact with stakeholders and develop high-level financial models.

Key Responsibilities: • Work with the business development team on acquisitions • Engage and negotiate with executives of potential targets • Conduct thorough financial due diligence and analysis • Develop investment memorandums for executive discussion • Organize due diligence activities with various departments

Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years experience in banking or consulting • Degree in finance, economics, or related field • High proficiency in Excel and financial modeling • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities • Strong focus on integrity and communication skills
