We are looking for a loyal, self-directed and customer-focused Dental Service Technician to join our growing service

team. In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair dental equipment and related systems, combining

hands-on mechanical and electrical skills with IT expertise. Most importantly, you will provide exceptional service and

build solid, long-term relationships with our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL Do

- Install and calibrate dental equipment (chairs,
- Perform preventative maintenance and
- emergency service
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical,
- electrical and software issues
- Maintain accurate service records and
- Provide client training and support on
- equipment and digital systems
- Collaborate with the technical sales team to




- ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up to date with manufacturer updates
- and training programs

WHAT YOU BRING

- 3+ years of experience as a dental service
- Strong knowledge of dental equipment (e.g.
- Solid IT background, including networked
- devices, digital imaging systems, software
- installations and firmware updates
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a caring,
- professional manner
- Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Ability to travel to customer sites within Manitoba
