As a Tennis Coach reporting to the Head Tennis Pro, you will focus on coaching youth in a group setting while developing engaging lesson plans and programming. You will also be responsible for keeping tennis facilities clean, running effective drills, and assessing participant progress to inform parents about their children's skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct group tennis lessons for young players
• Collaborate on lesson planning with tennis staff
• Design drills tailored to various skill levels
• Maintain cleanliness of the tennis courts
• Report progress to students' parents
Requirements:
• Previous coaching or instructing experience beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with front desk operations preferred
• Experience with the Monterra Junior Program an asset
