Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct assessments and create tailored support service plans • Support clients with daily living activities and personal care • Monitor and document client progress and needs • Collaborate with volunteers and interns on service delivery • Uphold health and safety compliance standards

Requirements: • Diploma in Community Social Services or related field • At least two years of relevant experience • Current Occupational First Aid Level 1 Certification • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and explicit Abstract • Proven ability to manage stress and document effectively
