The YMCA of Greater Toronto is seeking an Adult Programs Director to lead all Health & Fitness Centre programs, ensuring high quality, safety, and community engagement. You will manage budgets, coordinate staff and volunteers, and develop programs that align with YMCA values and service standards.

You will coach supervisors and program leads, oversee scheduling and payroll within budget, and collaborate with internal teams to expand offerings and improve member experience across the centre.
