Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing and supportive services for residents • Ensure effective communication of resident status changes • Maintain thorough documentation in residents' charts • Process physician orders promptly and accurately • Uphold a culture of safety and ethical nursing practices
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential • Registration in good standing with the provincial council • Strong background in geriatric or long-term care nursing • Knowledgeable about applicable health acts and regulations • Capable of adhering to nursing standards and policies
