Under the direction of the Director of Finance and Administration, you will play a key role in executing Donwood's maintenance programs. Your leadership will guide a collaborative environment with both staff and residents. Focus on organization and adaptability is critical as you navigate varying workloads and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead task delegation and track maintenance activities
• Ensure preventative maintenance and operational standards are met
• Conduct inspections and manage repairs or vendor coordination




• Manage logistics surrounding receipts and team collaboration
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests on call
Requirements:
• Expertise in multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, and mechanics
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
