Role OverviewAs a Financial Services Representative, you will join a highly engaged team dedicated to delivering exceptional Member Experience. In this role you will understand members’ financial needs and provide appropriate advice and recommendations, ranging from front‑line transactional services to advisory sales such as opening new accounts, offering credit, deposits, and identifying opportunities for wealth referrals.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand members’ financial needs and provide targeted advice and product recommendations.Execute front‑line transactional services to support members’ day‑to‑day banking.Generate revenue by fulfilling advisory sales roles, including opening accounts, offering credit and deposit products, and positioning Meridian’s products to enhance members’ financial well‑being.Actively engage in revenue‑generating and sales‑based activities, deepen member relationships, and refer opportunities to other channels.Meet and exceed individual goals and contribute to team‑based business results.Collaborate with internal partners (Wealth, Small Business, Mobile Mortgage Specialists) to align financial strategies and deliver member‑centric products.Qualifications / How you will succeedStrong desire for career growth within the financial services industry.Strong business acumen and financial industry knowledge.Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.Strong computer and system proficiency.Decisive decision‑making ability and friendly,
