Job Description We are seeking an experienced

AJO Senior Developer

with strong expertise in

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

and

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

to design, implement, and support complex omnichannel customer journey solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive MarTech implementation experience, strong profile and audience management capabilities, and experience integrating Adobe technologies with CRM, analytics, CDP, and customer data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement

Adobe Journey Optimizer

solutions.

Build and manage complex

omnichannel customer journeys

across web, mobile, and other customer touchpoints.

Configure mobile and web journeys, events, actions, conditions, and journey orchestration.

Implement

Profile and Audience Management

capabilities within Adobe Experience Platform.

Develop event-driven marketing automation solutions to support personalized customer experiences.

Integrate Adobe solutions with

CRM, Analytics, CDP, and customer data platforms .

Collaborate with business, marketing, data, and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable MarTech solutions.

Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of AJO solutions.

Apply Adobe best practices for data management, journey orchestration, personalization, and customer engagement.





Contribute to continuous improvement of customer journey and marketing automation capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology , or a related discipline.

10+ years

of software development and MarTech implementation experience.

3+ years of hands-on Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation experience .

Strong hands-on experience with:

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

Mobile and Web Journey Configuration

Profile and Audience Management

Event-driven Marketing Automation

Experience implementing complex

omnichannel customer journeys .

Strong understanding of customer data, profiles, audiences, events, and journey orchestration.

Experience integrating Adobe technologies with CRM, analytics, CDP, and customer data platforms.

Preferred Certifications Mandatory / Highly Preferred:

Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer Expert

Adobe Experience Platform Developer Expert

Additional Preferred:

Adobe Experience Platform Data Architect

Adobe Experience Platform Data Engineer

AWS/Azure Fundamentals

Preferred Technical Capabilities

Robust understanding of Adobe Experience Platform data and customer profiles.

Experience with real-time customer data and event-driven architectures.

Knowledge of data integration and customer data platforms.

Ability to work effectively across technical and business stakeholders.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
