As part of the Minto team, you will report directly to the Division President, supporting the financial analysis of projects from planning to implementation. This role requires over five years of experience in an analytical capacity, with a solid understanding of finance or accounting principles. Your work will directly contribute to effective budgeting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:



• Construct community-level pro formas and financial models • Analyze decisions and their effects on financial metrics • Conduct scenario analysis to optimize financial strategies • Provide financial insights for real estate project decisions • Monitor budget updates and identify financial risks

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA, CFA is a bonus • 5+ years in a financial analyst role, ideally in real estate • Robust Excel skills with a solid financial background • Knowledge of NewStar and familiarity with Power BI • Strong analytical skills and effective communication
