Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑Month Contract)

As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high volume of hiring across technical and business roles.

This is a 12‑month contract chance ideal for someone who thrives in high‑growth environments and enjoys building solid talent pipelines in competitive markets.

What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, from Sales to Operations to Finance - from intake through offer
Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
Proactively identify and engage candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain strong pipelines, particularly for sales and operations roles




Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience
Manage interview coordination and hiring workflows
Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics
Support fair, compliant hiring practices aligned with Ontario employment and human rights standards

What You Bring
3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a scaling or technology-focused environment
Ability to manage a high volume of roles and multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
Experience recruiting for technical roles is a strong asset
Explicit, professional communication and robust stakeholder collaboration skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards and inclusive hiring practices
