Midtown Ford is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Bodyshop Receptionist to join our team!

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a quick-paced automotive setting, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist customers in the Bodyshop
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Assist with repair orders, paperwork, and customer updates
Communicate with technicians, estimators, insurance companies, and customers
Help ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Solid organization and attention to detail
Professional and positive attitude




Ability to multitask in a busy environment
