Must-Have Qualifications:
Professional technical writing experience, ideally within a software, cloud, telecommunications, or technology workplace.
Experience creating customer-facing or publicly available technical documentation.
Hands-on experience authoring documentation using Markdown.
Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version-control tools.
Understanding of Docs-as-Code workflows.
Robust ability to work directly with technical teams and translate complex information into explicit documentation.
Ability to independently manage documentation deliverables and drive projects to completion.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Static Site Generators, such as Docusaurus, MkDocs, Hugo, or similar.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI and API documentation.
Previous experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Previous experience within the telecommunications industry.
