Maintain strict safety guidelines during operations
Inspect tools and equipment pre-use for readiness
Read engineering drawings to optimize workflows
Shape and assemble structural components effectively
Rig and hoist materials safely in office Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
5+ years of hands-on experience required
CWB certification is a must
SMAW and FCAW experience preferred
