About The Role This permanent Sous Chef role with H&C; Solutions sits in Battersea, where a new neighbourhood restaurant is preparing to open. The kitchen will produce fresh handmade pasta daily alongside an Italian-inspired menu of eight pasta dishes plus starters and mains, served across roughly 40 indoor covers and 15 outside.

Working within a small brigade of three chefs, the successful candidate will support the Head Chef in running service, maintaining consistency and overseeing prep. Solid pasta-making ability, kitchen organisation and teamwork are essential. The salary is competitive, with a stated range of £45,000 to £50,000.
