The role

We're looking for a Project Manager to run the day to day operations behind our training programs. You'll own the live cohort calendar, keep content launches on schedule, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you'll do
Plan and manage the live cohort calendar (PMP and CAPM) across multiple time zones
Coordinate between content, marketing, and delivery teams so deadlines are met
Track timelines for recent content launches (question banks, PDFs, site updates)
Set up and maintain easy, effective PM processes (trackers, checklists, retros)
Report progress and blockers directly to the founder

What we're looking for
PMP certification or solid hands on project management experience
Comfortable working async across time zones
Robust organizational skills and follow through
Able to run things independently with minimal oversight
