Become the Human Rights Department Manager at TTC and lead impactful initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion. Engage with community needs and regulatory compliance in this full time role. As the Manager, Human Rights, you will oversee a team dedicated to addressing human rights issues across the organization.

Reporting to the Director, you’ll provide essential guidance while developing training programs on equity and inclusion, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Key Responsibilities:
Directly mentor a team of Human Rights investigators
Conduct and resolve sensitive human rights complaints
Design and deliver training on equity and accessibility
Gather data and report on human rights compliance and effectiveness
Establish and promote standards of respect and inclusion Requirements:
Completed post-secondary education in relevant fields
Extensive knowledge of OHRC, AODA, and human rights practices
Experience conducting workforce investigations
Demonstrated mediation and conflict resolution abilities
Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams Use your expertise to enhance human rights policies and cultivate an inclusive workplace at the TTC.
